{"id":155,"date":"2008-08-02T22:16:25","date_gmt":"2008-08-03T03:16:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kasdorf.name\/wordpress\/2008\/the-legend-08\/"},"modified":"2022-05-03T20:01:26","modified_gmt":"2022-05-04T01:01:26","slug":"the-legend-08","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kasdorf.name\/wordpress\/2008\/08\/02\/the-legend-08\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;The Legend&#8221; Serious Series Part III"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 2008 Running Fit &#8220;Serious Series&#8221; is now in the books with the final of the three races being run today.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kasdorf.name\/Running\/The%20Legend%2008\/The%20Legend%205M%202008-08%20Finish.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\" title=\"The bib for #43 ToeJammer entry.\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kasdorf.name\/Running\/The%20Legend%2008\/The%20Legend%205M%202008-08%20Bib%20300px.jpg\" alt=\"The Northville Road Runner 8K\" width=\"300\" height=\"243\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The race was a good day, weather nice but not as hot as predicted. It did not rain, and the hills were not so steep as the other two races in the series.<\/p>\n<p>While the hills were nothing like the Road Ends trail race, they were still long and steep enough to get the thighs burning.
