So changed socks and headed back out to downtown Ann Arbor.\u00a0The &#8220;surprise&#8221; was a nice one. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kasdorf.name\/GSlideShows\/StrangeFruit\/index.html\">The Strange Fruit touring company was putting on shows for the Ann Arbor Summer Arts Festival.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"The Strange Fruit troupe from Australia.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kasdorf.name\/wordpress\/wp-images\/fullsize\/Strange Fruit.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kasdorf.name\/wordpress\/wp-images\/thumbs\/StrangeFruits.jpg\" alt=\"OMG Is it a diaster in the making, or just part of the show?\" width=\"300\" height=\"349\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The &#8220;Strange Fruit&#8221; touring company was putting on shows for the summer arts festival.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>They do put on an entertaining show, all done strapped onto &#8220;sway poles&#8221;. Twelve foot long fiberglass poles they stand on and . . . sway. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kasdorf.name\/GSlideShows\/StrangeFruit\/index.html\">Check the photos<\/a> and their web site. They have visited forty countries and many places in the US (they are Australians) and if they happen to visit a location close to you go see them.
